After unveiling some possible information on Resetera yesterday, Emily Rogers has taken to her personal blog to share even more details about Pokemon on Nintendo Switch. As always, take the following with a grain of salt.
Rogers claims Pokemon will be influenced, in some way, by Pokemon GO, as she notes the “name” and “branding” of the game might be a shock to some. Additionally, Rogers thinks the game will be revealed by the end of May and will have two versions.
While 4Chan might not be the greatest source of video game information, the following post caught our attention. The following rumored details about Pokemon for Switch were published on the site.
This is first, so I don't expect anyone to straight up believe me. I have a source that can confirm these leaks as true, I guess we'll find out in the future.

Taking into account what Rogers said, the post is quite convincing. With a name like Pokemon: Let’s Go Pikachu being similar to Pokemon GO and other features of the title seemingly derived from the popular mobile title, could this leak end up becoming true?
Following the 4Chan post and Rogers’ blog, Pixelpar, a Twitter user who’s been following Pokemon on the hybrid console for months, chimed in with this video:
While all this information shouldn’t be taken as confirmed, we shouldn’t have to wait long for an official reveal. Rumors about Pokemon Switch are running rampant, and if Rogers is correct, fans should expect news any day now.
