Being a huge fan of 2D platformers, Wooden Sen'Sey had me hooked early on with its delightful visuals and charming presentation. The game promised a vibrant adventure in a steampunk Japanese setting with a wooden peg like character who sounds like a stereotype drunken master.
Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright is an entertaining crossover and a strong addition to the 3DS library. The two games and their mechanics complement each other well, laying the foundation for improvements to both series; however the omission and dilution of several mechanics often feels like a missed opportunity.

Tappingo 2 is a game about sliding tiles. Tap them in the right order, satisfy each tile's number, and you'll form some nice pixel art. Cherish it forever. Also, it's $3.
