This week in Japan saw the release of Mario Party: Island Tour, Retro Game Challenge 3 and Hero Bank all on the 3DS. This resulted in the rather muted 3DS hardware sales of just north of 40,000 units. No Wii U titles featured within the top 20, but the Wii U managed to improve upon recently weeks by nearly selling 10,000 units.
