We’ve recently reported about the imminent release of Tengami’s official soundtrack, but this news has left many scratching their heads as to where the actual game is. Well fear not, Nyamyam have confirmed that the game is “fully up and running” on Wii U hardware.

Not only this but they’re hoping to add several Wii U specific features such as Miiverse. If development continues to go well, they expect that the game could be ready some time in May.

Tengami is the first game from Nyamyam which was founded by two ex RARE staffers, Phil Tossell and Jennifer Schneidereit. The game is unique in it’s presentation as a hand painted Japanese pop-up book. The game just saw release on iOS, and is hoping to be on the Wii U eShop in the next month or two.
