Nothing yet to announced

Speaking with GamesIndustry, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick briefly revealed the company’s current status as it relates to communicating with Nintendo. Not much was stated but, but Mr. Zelnick did mention that Take-Two still regarded Nintendo as an “important business partner.” He went on to say the “we haven’t talked much about it and have nothing announced at the moment.”

Take-Two and its subsidiaries have backed away from Nintendo platforms in recent years. For instance, the company’s only Wii U-related release was the launch title NBA 2K13 through its 2K Sports division.

Take-Two has released games on Nintendo platforms this generation with their biggest being NBA 2K13. Unfortunately, Nintendo platform owners haven’t recieved much else from the publishers of industry’s biggest games. Grand Theft Auto V was a game a number of Wii U owners hoped would come to the platform but to this day, it remains a PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 exclusive.
