Fast Racing Neo is the game F-Zero fans have wanted more information on since it was first announced. A futuristic and fast racing game is right in line with the Nintendo franchise, and Shin’en has time and time again proven they can get great results on Nintendo platforms with their eShop and WiiWare releases. Although details have been a bit scant on this game, a recent interview has Shin’en stating they are pushing the Wii U with their upcoming racer. When asked about more information on the title, Manfred Linzer of Shin’en had this to say:

“We know that people really want to see the game. It’s just so that you can show a game only once for the first time. While developing we knew there was so much more possible on Wii U than anyone showed so far. So we decided to really explore and push the hardware. We hope people will appreciate our efforts.”

Hopefully we see some game play and screens from this exciting title soon. For now though, gamers will have to speculate on what Shin’en has up their sleeve for Fast Racing Neo.
