Many Wii U owners were dismayed when Slightly Mad Studios announced that the Wii U version of Project CARS was delayed until 2015. The studio, however, hopes to make amends by releasing the limited edition of Project CARS on the Wii U, just like on all other platforms. The limited edition of Project CARS includes a steel case for the game, four sleeve designs, a behind the scenes book titled “Project CARS: By Racers 4 Racers”, and five bonus “legendary” cars: the BMW M1 Procar, 1967 Ford Mark IV, Mercedes C-Coupe DTM, McLaren F1, and Sauber C9. Each of these cars average a top speed of 240 km/hour and more than 400 horsepower.

Currently, this Limited Edition has only been announced for Europe; however, it may be a safe bet to assume that this edition for the game makes its way to the United States. Unfortunately, Slightly Mad did not announce any sort of price for this Limited Edition, so we will keep you updated when those details become available.
