Hot off the heels of a successful June in the NPD and news of Nintendo bringing a presence to Hyper Japan 2014, Nintendo is continuing their marketing blitz by attacking another huge convention: Comic-Con 2014.

Taking place in San Diego from July 24th-27th, Comic-Con is a huge gathering of comic, gaming, manga, and cosplay culture all in one place. Nintendo has decided to bring the big guns to Comic-Con so everyone can get a great Nintendo experience. Nintendo is bring a TON of Wii U and 3DS games to the show that will be playable.

  • Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric

Along with the stellar games list, Nintendo will also have Amiibos, a Smash Bros 3DS tournament that takes live on Twitch, and Mario Kart 8 tournaments as well. Nintendo will also be showing off the Bayonetta: Bloody Fate Film, and have live competitions on other games called \”Nintendo Challenge Live\” which is a stage show with competitions.
