Fancy playing a game which mizes elements from The Legend of Zelda, Harvest Moon, Earthbound & Pokemon? Well look no further as a new Kickstarter campaign has launched for “Bob’s Game”.

Bob’s Game is an action RPG, billed as “the last great 16-bit game” created by the one man team who also goes by Robert Pelloni. The campaign has just launched and is looking for just a mere $10,000 for it’s base goal. Pelloni has added a rather vague stretch goal which mentions a C++ or Unity3D version of the game making it possible to port to modern consoles.

$75,000 I will develop a C++ backport (or possibly a Unity3D version) of Java RPG Client and Puzzle Game, possible to port to iOS, PS Vita, 3DS, WiiU, XBOne, PS4, etc.  I will attempt to get my game published on these systems- but it’s up to them, not me!

It certainly sounds like its on the cards, and there is no clear reason Nintendo would not approve him as a developer. Would you like to see Bob’s game on the Wii U eShop? Tell us in the comments below.
