This week will see the release of 4 Corner Games’ first Wii U Project, I’ve Got To Run exclusively on the Wii U eShop. Syrenne McNulty, the one-woman development team behind the game has held a AMA on Reddit where she has discussed several details about the development of the game, her relationship with Nintendo and confirmation of a New Wii U exclusive!

I’ve Got To Run cost roughly $3,500 to make which McNulty hopes will be easily made back by having a very good value proposition in her first game. There are plans to expand the game with three DLC packs, adding new modes to the game. Each cost $0.99 with a “buy-two-get-one-free” sale. Despite being her first game, she has described Nintendo as “very easy” to work with.

As for her next project, McNulty is planning a Wii U game with “much bigger scope”, which is currently in development with a target release period of Summer 2015. I’ve Got To Run launches this week on the North American Wii U eShop, a European release has also been announced but the release date has yet to be confirmed.
