Nintendo Direct brought about the announcement of Inazuma Eleven being released in North America, right after the Nintendo Direct was over. The game is currently available on the 3DS eShop for $19.99. The hybrid RPG/Soccer game is a very interesting combination of games, and gamers unfamiliar with the series may be hesitant to purchase the game without knowing much of the story. Nintendo has decided to fix this problem with a simple solution: select episodes for free. Nintendo announced on Twitter that the first few episodes are free on Nintendo 3DS eShop. No time frame is given, or announcement of more episodes incoming. Will you be checking out an episode for free? Let us know in the comments below.

To celebrate the launch of INAZUMA ELEVEN, the first few episodes of the INAZUMA ELEVEN anime are now available in the #3DS #eShop for free!
