The monthly Japanese gaming publication CoroCoro has announced that on August 12th it will unveil the complete roster and stage selection for the 3DS version of the upcoming Smash Bros game. Since the stages between the 3DS and Wii U versions are different, we will not know the full stage selection of the Wii U version of the game; however, since both games have an identical character roster, we will know the official and final character roster for both versions on the 12th.

Yesterday, Nintendo announced three new characters for the Smash roster, including Lucina and Robin from Fire Emblem, as well as Captain Falcon from F-Zero. Some have theorized that the final characters to be revealed for Smash could be either Shulk from Xenoblade Chronicles or Ridley from Metroid.

Overall, it seems like the constant Smash Bros reveals are drawing to a gradual close; however, that just means that the October 3rd release date is coming closer and closer.
