I need this game now.

Devil\’s Third was a surprise announcement for the Wii U, as a bloody and high action M-Rated title isn\’t exactly a common place on a Nintendo system. Even more surprising is that Nintendo is partnering with Itageki to bring this game to the Wii U. While all we had seen so far was the interesting single player, the Nintendo Treehouse Crew moments ago showcased the multiplayer aspect of the game, and it was quite breath-taking the amount of detail and care that went into the multiplayer aspect of the game.

Not just a simple mode added to the game to extend the replay of the game, Devil\’s Third has a robust online experience that rivals some of the bigger shooting titles, and in some cases, eclipses them.

\"DevilsThirdMode\"Devil\’s Third is going to offer a myriad of modes, from standard Team Deathmatch to Chickens. Yes, chickens. The game takes place in various areas on America, which translates to different levels in the game. The game features a level editor mode which lets you customize the lay-out and design of the map, along with the objects in the environment. Devil\’s Third features destructible buildings, tanks, helicopter strikes, and kill streaks. The most impressive things seen from the multiplayer was the fact that along with 3rd person movement and first-person shooting, the game seems to feature a in-depth hand to hand combat system. Clans and heavy character customization is also confirmed for the game, along with a money system that allows to buy new weapons, structures, and more.

Devil\’s Third is quickly shaping up to be a must own game for Wii U owners looking for a deep single and multiplayer experience. My interest is at an all-time high for this game. Enjoy the screenshots captured from the Treehouse experience, and stick with Nintendo Enthusiast for more updates on the game.
