Over the past few days the internet has been abuzz about the reveal of this year’s instalment of Call of Duty, subtitled “Advanced Warfare”.

A trailer was allegedly leaked (and not released by Activision to create hype) two days ago, and features Hollywood Actor Kevin Spacey (The Usual Suspects, American Beauty) in game form. The trailer features in-game footage taken from the Xbox One version of the game, but as with every instalment of Call of Duty is expected to release on the Playstation 4, Playstation 3, PC and Xbox 360.

Wii U owners may be feeling a little concerned about receiving a port for their console of choice based on the well-publicised low sales of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and Ghosts. However it has emerged that the Wii U logo is actually hidden in the games site’s source code. While not a direct confirmation, it isn’t the first time the Wii U version has not been confirmed at the same time as other platforms.

huhShould Activision confirm the game is indeed coming to the Wii U, you’ll hear about it here on Nintendo Enthusiast.
