Fuzzy Wuzzy Games have announced that they have submitted their debut Wii U eShop game to both Nintendo of America and Nintendo of Europe for lotcheck. Pending the games approval, everything is on track for the previously announced May 12th launch date.

Fuzzy Wuzzy also revealed that the only feature they had hoped to add to the game but weren\’t able to was a meaningful way to incorporate Miiverse. However, should they discover a good way to incorporate it, they could easily add it in, in a future update.

Recently sent our precheck build to Nintendo (both NA and EU). Getting closer to release.

Only feature that wasn\’t able to get in is Miiverse integration – couldn\’t figure out the best way to put that in.

But I hope to add that in for a future update.

@setaimx Yup. May 12th. It also depends if we can get through Nintendo\’s compliance in time as well.

Armillo will be a timed exclusive on the Wii U, until it is later released onto Microsoft Windows. Fuzzy Wuzzy famously decided to bring the game to Wii U above the Xbox due to the difference in support they recieved from the respective manufacturers. They promised the exclusivity to Nintendo as a thank you, for their strong support of the indie developer.

While we await the release why not check out our hands on impressions with the game written by our very own Shawn Long!
