Pokemon GO isn’t stopping anytime soon.
Niantic CEO John Hanke recently spoke with Doctor PoGo, a popular name in the Pokemon GO community. Hanke shared some details about the future of Pokemon GO that will almost certainly excite fans.
Generation 4 is in development, along with a PvP system. That said, however, a release window has not been shared.
Additionally, Pokemon GO Fest 2.0 will be happening and is rumored to take place this summer. The first Pokemon GO Fest happened last summer, and was looked at as a disaster by some.
Niantic is taking action against spoofing, which is when players use certain apps to fake their location.
Lastly, the game’s level cap will indeed be increased, which is great news for longtime GO players.
