Physical media is slowly dying, or at least that’s what a lot of people are leading to believe. While many of us love getting physical media, the rise of digital games and convenience of buying things at home without having to go out and purchase games has become a common place.
The Nintendo Switch has been selling like hotcakes, and that includes software as well. Just how well is software selling? Well according to NPD analyst Mat Piscatella, DAMN WELL.
Switch US physical SW sales are on pace to be the biggest ever for a Nintendo platform launch year since ’95, by a fairly large margin.
