Nintendo just announced in the Nintendo Direct today that all of their previous first party 3DS games will no longer be exclusive to retail stores. From today and onward they will be available for download on the 3DS eShop. I know, for myself, this means doomsday for my wallet. Time to download Starfox 64 3D.
