19th March 2012 – Put your logic skills to the test in a free Nintendo 3DS demo of Pyramids, available to download from the Nintendo eShop this week. Get a taster of this puzzle based platformer if you have not already downloaded the full version of the game from the Nintendo eShop yet. It will challenge you to escape a series of pyramids filled with hidden dangers, terrifying monsters and treacherous traps while holding onto your loot. Your dexterity and ingenuity will be well and truly put the test in this tricky puzzler!
Also available on Nintendo 3DS this week is Dr. Mario™, which brings you germs you’ll love to catch! At Mushroom Kingdom Hospital it’s your job to stop the contagious viruses that are running amok. In this Game Boy classic you must eradicate all the viruses in the bottle by spinning and lining up the coloured vitamin capsules as they fall. Rack up huge combos by clearing as many lines of viruses as possible!
What’s more, you’ll need to keep your eyes peeled in Aahh! Spot the Difference on Nintendo DSiWare this week. Challenge yourself to complete 40 testing levels in four unique scenarios by spotting the differences between the upper and lower screens.
Available this week, exclusively for Nintendo 3DS owners, is the third in a series of highly anticipated Shaun the Sheep 3D clips created for the very first time in 3D by Aardman Animations, the multi-award winning creators of Chicken Run and Wallace & Gromit. The third clip titled, Babysitting Timmy, sees Shaun left in charge of Timmy while his Mum goes shopping but things get a little hairy while she’s away.The SpotPass™ feature on Nintendo 3DS allows you to automatically receive a host of exciting content such as 3D videos for Nintendo Video™, notifications, add-on data for your software and system updates without lifting a finger. SpotPass content can be received automatically and free of charge from thousands of supported public Wi-Fi access points across Europe and through wireless broadband internet connections at home. It works even if the system is in Sleep Mode.
The second part in a series of Kid Icarus Anime clips is also available this week via Nintendo Video, exclusively for Nintendo 3DS owners. The second clip is part two of the first episode titled, Thanatos Rising, which features the angel Pit and his battle against one of Medusa’s minions – all in glorious 3D!
