Q: Will there be a version of Inchworm Animation optimized for the Nintendo 3DS? (A lot of my artist friends are now regretting selling their Nintendo DSi ™or Nintendo DSi XL™)
Probably not, unfortunately. Nintendo has denied us as 3DS developers. We are not sure why, but it might be because our company is not large enough to have an established credit rating. Honestly we aren’t sure — maybe they will change their minds.
Of course, for now you can run the original version of Inchworm Animation on your Nintendo 3DS™. It’s available in the Nintendo eShop™.
Could this be yet another sign that Nintendo are really reaching out to indie developers? Fingers crossed!
